Samantha Leanne Grosko Mathews, 33, of Liberty, Mo., died July 18, 2011 in Independence, Mo.

Samantha was born on August 26, 1977 in Kansas City, Mo.

She is survived by her father, Stephen Grosko of Holt, Mo., her mother and step father, Robbie and Randy Lampkin of Liberty, Mo.; two sisters, Jennifer Ginnings of Olathe, Kans., and Stephanie Roberts of Humansville, Mo.; her children, Haylee Mathews, Dorothy Mathews, Abigail Mathews, Carlee Mathews and Lacy Mathews, all of Trenton, Mo.; and her grandmother, Virginia Lampkin of Lawson, Mo.

Memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 23, 2011 at the First Baptist Church in Orrick, Mo. Cremation with burial at a later date in South Point Cemetery near Orrick.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorials to the Samantha Leanne Grosko Mathews memorial fund in care of Community America Credit Union.
