August 2, 1937 – January 28, 2013

Dennis Eugene Roush, 75, of Missouri City, Mo., passed away Monday, January 28, 2013 at his home.

Dennis was born in Vernon County, Mo., to Leo Ruben Roush and Edith (Smiley) Roush on August 2, 1937. He was united in marriage to Mary Sue Mynatt. Dennis had worked for the Wabash Railroad, which is now the Norfolk Southern Railroad, as a carman for over 28 years. He retired from his duties there in 1972.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Harold Roush and Gary Roush.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Sue Roush and two sons, Ronnie Roush and Donnie Roush, all of Missouri City, Mo.; two daughters, Connie Mathis of Kearney, Mo., and Bonnie Robertson of Smithville, Mo.; a brother, Frankie Roush of Roseburg, Ore.; 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

He will be sadly missed by family and friends.

Visitation will be held at Gowing Funeral Home, 202 Adams Street, Orrick, Mo., on Friday, February 1, 2013 from 5 to 6 p.m., with memorial services immediately following at 6 p.m.
